By creating a jiligam account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1.1 Your use of the jiligam Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jiligam Platform and close your account.
1.2 jiligam reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with jiligam's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the jiligam Platform. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming. jiligam strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued identification during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You represent and warrant that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the jiligam Platform from a restricted territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable in your location.
2.3 Mental Capacity. You confirm that you are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or undue influence when using the jiligam Platform.
2.4 jiligam reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) jiligam account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jiligam is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiligam account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jiligam will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security.
3.4 KYC Verification. jiligam is required to verify the identity of all players. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification (such as a passport, driver's licence, or UMID) and any additional documents requested by jiligam's compliance team. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the jiligam Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiligam does not charge currency conversion fees.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jiligam currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. jiligam reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. jiligam reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jiligam aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) business hour for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
4.5 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your jiligam account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. jiligam complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.
4.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting jiligam support is a violation of these Terms. jiligam reserves the right to suspend accounts and pursue recovery of funds where fraudulent chargebacks are identified.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by jiligam are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
5.3 jiligam reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. jiligam also reserves the right to void bonus winnings where it determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.
5.4 Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim duplicate bonuses across multiple accounts is a violation of the One Account Policy set out in Section 3.1.
6.1 All games available on the jiligam Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested to ensure fairness. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to real-time monitoring.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, jiligam's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. jiligam's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 jiligam reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it determines that a technical error, software bug, or human error has materially affected the outcome.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiligam Platform:
jiligam reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
8.1 All content on the jiligam Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of jiligam or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jiligam Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jiligam content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiligam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
9.2 jiligam's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiligam account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 jiligam does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
10.1 jiligam is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that you should only wager amounts you can afford to lose.
10.2 jiligam provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account dashboard: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. You are encouraged to use these tools if you feel your gaming is becoming problematic.

11.1 jiligam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.2 You may close your jiligam account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
11.3 jiligam is not obligated to provide reasons for account suspension where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or violate applicable law.
jiligam reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the jiligam Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jiligam Platform shall first be submitted to jiligam's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory body.
